Post-punk was at its finest on the Rough Trade imprint. Primarily a record store to feature US and Jamaican music, Rough Trade Shop eventually filled in the gaps of British Punk and Post-Punk music by starting a label. Stiff Little Fingers, Cabaret Voltaire, Pere Ubu, and later acts including The Smiths and Shelleyan Orphan were just a few artists with releases on Rough Trade.
